This project aims at preparing the EUSBSR Strategy Forum in November 2016 in Stockholm by updating existing indicators and reflections on latest trends of spatial development in the Baltic Sea Region (BSR). Existing indicators of the present Territorial monitoring system for the Baltic Sea (TeMo), developed in the ESPON TeMo project and further enhanced in the ESPON Up-TeMo project, will be updated and expanded, and new indicators and new types of analyses will be added (for instance, the Regional potential indey (RPI) developed by Nordregio). Project results serve as inputs for the discussion at the strategy forum, as basis for the update of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR).
RRG is responsible for the update, analyses and visualisation of selected environmental and accessibility indicators.
